Imperium Property Finance Ltd is open to qualifying investors only including, sophisticated investors, High Net Worth investors and experienced investors that are familiar with property investment and property development. The fund allows direct investment from individuals or pension investments that are in a SIPP, SSAS or FPT via an Exempt Unit Trust.
The fund is an Unregulated Collective Investment Scheme (UCIS) and advisers that are familiar with this structure and wishes to introduce clients should consult the Investment Memorandum before making recommendations.
