Imperium Property Finance Ltd has been established as part of a successful family run development company, WTL Developments Ltd which was formed in 2007 by its current Director Steven G Daines BSc CEng. Steven originally practiced as a Chartered Civil Engineer in the Middle East before returning to the UK to set up as estate agent in 2001.The Estate Agents originally operated sales and lettings until 2010 when it then restructured and specialised in Student Lettings, a booming Industry now.
This was a natural direction for the business which was driven by the demand from landlords and students alike. This was recognised by the Directors as a niche market that no one had tapped. The office being only walking distance to Royal Holloway University, the market was obvious and the business, cyclic and repeat every year. Since then the business has built on the considerable experience from development and engineering projects in Algeria, Republic of Benin – West Africa and Malaysia now developing luxurious student accommodation. Imperium Fund has created a successful business within a niche market developing properties to meet high demand from the student lettings business and has been expanding since as more and more high worth, international students attending Royal Holloway University demand prime accommodation.
